Nobody should struggle to find blood in an emergency
When a loved one needs blood urgently, families often spend precious hours calling contacts and forwarding messages. RakthDaan exists to make that search faster, calmer and more reliable by maintaining a verified, location-aware network of voluntary donors.
Our mission is to build the most trusted, privacy-respecting voluntary blood donor community, and to inspire young people to make regular blood donation a part of their lives.

The platform is free for donors and seekers. We do not sell data or charge for connections.
Privacy-first
Masked names, approximate locations and OTP-verified access protect our donors.
Simple, direct, human
1. Donors register
Volunteers verify their mobile with OTP and share blood group, city and approximate location. They choose when they are available.
2. Seekers search
Anyone needing blood verifies their mobile, then searches by blood group, state, city, pincode or distance from a hospital.
3. They talk directly
Verified seekers can reveal a donor’s phone or WhatsApp to reach out. Donors are free to accept or decline.

RakthDaan only facilitates connections between people. We are not a blood bank, hospital or medical provider, and we do not collect, test, store or transfuse blood. We do not guarantee that any donor will be available or medically suitable. All donations must take place at a licensed blood bank or hospital that follows national screening, testing and cross-matching standards. Blood must never be bought or sold.
